Filming Fife Group

The Filming Fife Group was originally formed as the Outlander Project  by the Dunfermline and West Fife LTA in 2014, having been satisfied that the potential growth in film location tourism, in particular from Outlander, in their area was of such significance that local businesses ought to be alerted and informed.

The Filming Fife Group is now wider than Fife and includes businesses and representation from Falkirk and West Lothian. The group have held business workshops to help capatalise on the opportunties of the TV series being filmed in the local area, as well as consumer events to allow visitors to have an authentic Outlander experience in Fife and Scotland.
