The Fife Tourism Partnership and Fife College are working together to offer free WorldHost Training for Golf Courses.

WorldHost is customer service training aimed at front-line staff who have regular interaction with customers.

What you can expect from the programme:

• Identify and manage customer expectations
• Understand the importance of first impressions
• Recognise the importance of customer service excellence in your role and industry
• Learn social skills that leave lasting impressions

One day session is the full course.
