Customer service accolade for Action Zone in Leven

Friendly staff and great service are regular comments about Action Zone soft play centre in Leven, and now it's official! Action Zone is the latest business in Fife to achieve WorldHost Recognised Business status after staff undertook specialist training in customer service.

A warm welcome and friendly staff are important in every business but in a busy, action-packed play centre staff also need to work as a team to ensure that little visitors as well as their parents are well looked after.

Michael Morris, owner of Action Zone is delighted with the award:

"We have great facilities here so the children have a fantastic time, but excellent customer service makes all the difference as it keeps bringing families back again and again.
