A SCOTTISH distiller tees off its move into the American drinks market at the largest golf trade show in the world.
Eden Mill are taking their authentic, hand crafted gins to the Professional Golfers' Association's 2016 Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida from their base in St Andrew's alongside VisitScotland.
Paul Miller, co-founder of Eden Mill, said: "Our gins have been a huge success for us both at home and in the Far East. The USA came calling and given the heart of our business is in St Andrews, the Home of Golf, it was a natural step we showcased them at PGA's Merchandise Tour here in Florida.
"It's a great setting here in the winter sunshine to tell the golfing world and the United States about our fantastic gins but also to encourage them to come to Scotland and drop in to our distillery back home in St Andrew's.
"We can't guarantee such good weather but visitors can be assured of a great day learning how my team handcraft the gins and of course enjoy a tasting."
Alongside Eden Mill's five gins, Golf, Love, Original, Oak and Hop, they also produce craft beer at it's unique distillery and brewery by the Eden estuary in St Andrews.
Paul Miller added: ""We've had over 15,000 people visit Eden Mill from more than 30 countries. The feedback is that people love the experience; so much so, we're the top rated activity on St Andrew's Trip Advisor listing. We're also hugely proud to have been awarded a certificate of excellence from the site.
"VisitScotland are here with us and many other Scottish businesses as part of their tourist push in the States and highlighting the importance of Scotland and Golf as a brand and just how highly sought after our food and drinks produce are."
The PGA Merchandise show features the world's market leaders in golfing equipment and accessories and some 1000 companies from around the globe descend on the show to introduce new products and connect face-to-face with influential PGA Professionals.
