The Adam Smith Global Foundation Welcomes Susan Wilson, Principal Officer for the U.S Consulate General in Edinburgh, to Kirkcaldy

The Adam Smith Global Foundation are delighted to welcome Susan Wilson, the Principal Officer for the US Consulate General In Edinburgh to the newly restored Adam Smith Heritage Centre and Close on Friday.
Susan will meet with the Foundation, principal funders and members of the Kirkcaldy Ambitions Partnership.

Michael Levack, Chairperson of the Foundation said " We are absolutely delighted to welcome Susan to Kirkcaldy and in particular to the Adam Smith Heritage Centre where Smith was born. We look forward to discussing collaborative links and partnership working that will help support the Legacy of Adam Smith Globally and here in his home town."

Neil Crooks, Chairperson of the Kirkcaldy Ambitions Group said "reclaiming Adam Smith as our Local hero, Global Icon is a very exciting opportunity for Kirkcaldy, one which we hope will lead to increased global connections as well as supporting the exciting partnership work taking place within the town."

The Heritage Centre will open its doors to the public over the school holiday period and thereafter by appointment from both organised groups and members of the public until the Exhibition is fully opened early next year. Work will be ongoing in developing the Exhibition over the winter period.

Monday 10th of October - 10.00 am until 2.00 pm
Wednesday 12th October - 10.00 am until 2.00 pm
Monday 17th of October - 10.00 am until 2.00 pm
Wednesday 19 October - 10.00 am until 2.00 pm
