The Scotsman Scran Awards

Entries for The Scotsman Scran Awards 2023 are now open.

Celebrating and recognising the hardworking individuals and organisations involved in the hospitality industry and how they shape our food and drink scene, you can nominate your favourite restaurant, chef, spirit, whisky, influencer or gastropub.

There are 16 categories, including Scottish Restaurant of the Year, Best Gastro Pub, Scottish Chef of the Year and the Sustainability Award.

Nominations close on Friday 19th May. The winners will be announced at a ceremony at Platform in Glasgow on Monday 19th June.
